RMA request form

All devices can be submitted for repair, however, only devices purchased from us are eligible for service under warranty. This will be verified by the serial number and invoice number. Warranty can be claimed but is subject to review by the manufacturer of the device. The manufacturer will determine whether a device is entitled to repair under warranty. Shipping costs to us aren't covered by warranty. If warranty is granted any other shipping costs are on our account. In case warranty is not granted, all investigation-, repair- and shipping-costs will be invoiced to you. Feel free to contact us for an estimate prior to submitting your repair.
