Single-bay docking station for Opticon OPN2001, OPN2005 and OPN2006. (*1)
Specifically designed to fit the Opticon OPN-2001, OPN-2005 or OPN-2006 with our SPC-2 Silicone Protective Case installed. Enjoy the additional protection of the DOKKi SPC-2 case whilst still being able to dock the scanner without having to remove the silicone case before docking.
The increased height of this latest model offers easier insertion of the scanner and better stability.
Ease of use by having your scanner in a fixed position instead of searching for cables on a daily basis. And, while inserted, your OPN is securely stored as well. Both charging and communication capabilities are available. The dock itself uses no power, the OPN can be powered through the PC’s USB port. An optional separate power supply is available in case the OPN needs to be charged while the PC is switched off.
- elegant design; - easy and simple to use; - no more searching for your USB cable; - single handed operation; - charging and communication (via USB); - appropriate Opticon OPN driver, dock itself needs no driver (only necessary for communication); - use the USB cable that came with your scanner. |
(*1) Barcode scanner(s) and silicone case(s) NOT included.

Notes on communication variants:
The available communication options are determined by the scanner model and loaded firmware and software, this is not a function of the dock itself as it merely acts as a pass-through gateway.
USB-VCP
As the limitation of supported Virtual Communication Ports is determined by each individual PC and Operating System we can not warrant the amount of ports that will have successful communication through these docks!
USB-HID
By design USB-HID emulates keyboard input and should be manually limited to one scanner transmitting data at a time!
Several scanner models, like the OPN-3002/OPN-4000, only support USB-HID at the moment. New functionality like USB-VCP communication will only become available if Opticon releases new firmware that supports this.
