Generally this means the rubber flap/cover on the USB port on the scanner side needs to be removed in order to make the USB port fully accessible enabling free docking action.
You can always contact us in case something is not clear.
The dock & silicone case are designed to be operated together.
You can leave the silicone case installed while inserting the scanner in the dock.
Only the use of official DOKKi cases & docks are supported to function properly.
Use of any other cover could result in damaging the product(s) and is at our own risk!
