The MDL-1500 is a barcode laser scan engine with a design so flat that it is easily fitted in any OEM or ODM project.
Additionally, it scans at a high rate of a 100 scans per second and can read all 1D barcodes. The 12 pin FFC connector makes it possible for the engine to communicate the scanned date in either RS-232 or USB (-HID or -COM).
Furthermore, the engine measures a mere 8 mm in height, 28 mm in width ,14 mm in depth and a weight of only 3.9g it is clear that the physical aspects are astonishing. While powering this engine with a battery it ensures a long period of use due to the low energy consumption.
